Provide customer-facing operations support in the field representing AT&T sales initiatives with clarity and reliability
Assist with in-person signups of fiber and wireless programs, guiding Fremont residents through verification and activation
Serve as a visible customer contact at the doors, ensuring information is complete and accurate
Support D2D sales activity alongside teams while keeping a competitive mindset and desire to win outcomes
Coordinate communication between Wireless Sales reps and customers regarding AT&T connectivity details
Deliver follow-up after connectivity sales to reinforce satisfaction and retention
Partner with leadership on territory logistics and competitive strategy
