Inside Sales / Cnc Machine Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated inside sales / CNC machine sales representative to join our team. This role will focus on ordering equipment and accessories. Understanding of rigging and trucking. Coordinating with customers regarding machine deliveries. Communicating with vendors and additional tasks as needed Sales support for six salespeople Ordering equipment and accessories Confirming customer terms are acceptable, down payments are received and/or project is fully financed. Communicating with machine and accessory vendors. Arranging shipping and rigging of equipment/accessories Coordinating with customers regarding machine and accessory deliveries Knowledge of MAS, customer CRM, vendor CRMs/portals Providing accessory quotes, lead times and shipping quotes Final order paperwork updated and submitted to acting for invoicing Coordinate with service for any vendor installations required. Strong organizational skills Keen eye for detail a must Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment A team player as well as independent worker Able to multitask and prioritize effectively Knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of Sales Order and Purchase Order entry Mathematical proficiency Ability to navigate a customer database Learn new software programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive and professional demeanor This role is full-time Monday through Friday Located in Phoenix, NY Company Offerings: Health / Dental Insurance 401K Paid Time Off
