Portfolio Operations Analysts support investment teams by managing the operational, reporting, and analytical processes for portfolio investments. The role blends portfolio monitoring, data analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of positions, performance, and risk metrics. Monitor portfolio holdings, valuations, and performance metrics Assist with portfolio operations including trade settlement, reconciliations, and cash management Prepare and maintain reporting for internal teams and investors, including performance reports and risk analytics Support the onboarding and monitoring of new investments and portfolio companies Collaborate with fund accounting, investor relations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate data flow Identify discrepancies, anomalies, or operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions Support internal and external audits as needed Maintain accurate records of portfolio activity and transactions Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Understanding of investment operations, portfolio management, and reporting processes Familiarity with portfolio management and fund administration systems (e.g., Investran, eFront, or Geneva) is a plus Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, VBA, or other reporting tools is advantageous Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Clear written and verbal communication skills Interest in investment operations, portfolio monitoring, and reporting About the Career Launch AI Talent Network
