Your Role Will Include:
Providing friendly customer service by acknowledging, assisting, and appreciating every customer.
Promoting our Corporate Brands and helping customers discover our products.
Creating a warm and welcoming environment by answering questions and making suggestions about produce offerings.
Preparing beautiful produce platters and trays for special occasions.
Informing customers of the latest produce specials and ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
Maintaining high standards of product quality by inspecting for freshness and appropriate inventory levels.
Reinforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborating with associates in a fast-paced setting while managing conflicts calmly and respectfully.
Providing support to all customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
What We Are Looking For:
Ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
Strong communication skills to assist and connect with customers.
Basic math skills for accurate inventory management.
A current food handlers permit once employed.
Preferred Experience:
Previous retail experience, especially in grocery or produce.
Ability to communicate in a second language.
