Job Description I. Job Summary Leads and manages Inside Sales Representatives across multiple Market Areas, driving revenue growth through expert sales of WM services via telephone. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to develop high‑performing sales teams and implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives.
This position is a remote opportunity that will require occasional travel to the Phoenix Sales Center office.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Supervise and mentor Inside Sales Representatives across various Market Areas, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with broader organizational initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success.
Forecast and recruit qualified candidates for available and/or upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
Develop and execute ongoing training that provides both formal training and informal coaching sessions to all Inside Sales Representatives. Encourage feedback and be available to answer questions, provide direction and/or offer assistance when needed. Update all Inside Sales Representative reference material as appropriate.
Participate in training and coaching the Inside Sales staff.
Assist in the communication and maintenance of the Market Area’s pricing and service strategies.
Design and implement effective sales and marketing programs tailored to current and emerging customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Work with the Market Area Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross‑sell to customers via outbound calls. Communicate goals to Inside Sales Representatives.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:
Direct supervision of up to 30 full‑time employees
IV. Qualifications Must live and work in the US.
A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited) or, in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant experience.
Experience: Three (3) years of business‑to‑business sales management, plus three (3) years in direct business‑to‑business sales or a minimum two (2) years of inside sales management experience (in addition to education requirements).
Preferred experience: Five years or more of experience in a call center environment, sales leadership experience, and someone who has experience driving revenue results.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $87,900 - $122,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
