Total Rewards Analyst Summary of Position The Total Rewards Analyst supports the design, analysis, and administration of US Conec’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, incentives, and recognition. This role blends analytical work with day‑to‑day program coordination to ensure offerings are competitive, equitable, compliant, and effectively delivered to employees.
Responsibilities
Administer compensation‑related transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, and pay changes
Maintain and audit compensation data within HRIS and related systems
Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and salary reviews
Conduct job evaluations and assist with market pricing using salary survey data
Prepare compensation analyses, reports, cost models, and compliance audits
Support internal equity and pay transparency initiatives
Coordinate day‑to‑day administration of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits and wellness inquiries
Support benefits onboarding, life events, and employee terminations
Assist with annual benefits renewals and open enrollment activities
Assist with the planning, administration, and evaluation of employee wellness programs
Track and analyze benefits and wellness participation, utilization, and trends
Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Support the administration and analysis of short‑ and long‑term incentive plans
Track incentive eligibility, performance metrics, and payouts
Assist with employee recognition and rewards programs and related communications
Develop and maintain routine and ad‑hoc total rewards reports
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and pay transparency requirements
Support audits, regulatory reporting, and data requests
Maintain accurate total rewards documentation, policies, and procedures
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee data
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to compensation, benefits, wellness, and rewards
Assist with total rewards communications, guides, and educational materials
Support employee understanding and engagement with total rewards programs
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR operations
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Experience working with HRIS and compensation or benefits systems
Knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and basic labor laws
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance operational tasks with analytical responsibilities
Strong time management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills
Nice to Haves
Experience using salary surveys such as Mercer, Radford, WTW, or PayScale
Experience supporting wellness or employee engagement programs
HR or compensation certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP, CCP) or progress toward certification
