As the HR Analyst for the Primal Kitchen + Away From Home, you will be responsible for bringing to life one of our most important Values at Kraft Heinz – “We Champion Great People.” In this role, you will help drive people-related activities and programs, including talent development, change management, organizational effectiveness, and driving a culture of ownership within the organization under the direction of the Sr. Manager HRBP for Primal Kitchen + Away From Home. The HR Analyst will also support essential routines and strategic HR projects for both areas. Primary Responsibilities
Act as an advocate for the Primal Kitchen + Away From Home Company Teams, employees, and businesses Manage staffing plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team Organize and manage people budgets to deliver on 1 Year Plan financials Responsible for Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance Analyze data and effectively organize and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy. Draw analysis-based conclusions and collaborate on innovative solutions. Assist in strategic HR projects for the team, including projects related to Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Process Improvement Assist in managing talent processes including Talent Calibrations, Succession Planning, and Development Planning Manage timekeeping system and process hourly payroll on bi-weekly basis Support Operations management team with hourly population Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in HR, Recruiting, or related field Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills, employee-facing communications experience preferred Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures Ability to work cross departmentally Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills Ability to be an effective team member and manage various projects Strong attention to detail Strong decision making skills Ability to simplify complex situations into simple processes and explanations EEO Policy
