Model short‑and long‑term incentive plans, including payout scenarios, performance metrics, and equity usage/dilution.
Prepare clear, client‑ready reports and presentations translating complex analyses into actionable insights.
Contribute to pay‑for‑performance analyses, governance research, Say‑on‑Pay reviews, and shareholder‑focused assessments.
Manage multiple project workstreams with high attention to detail; collaborate closely with Consultants and Partners.
