What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center
Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed
Clean and inspect equipment, ensuring proper fluid levels
Prepare rental invoices and facilitate the return of equipment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
Willingness to use protective gear and adhere to safety precautions
Strong customer service skills and ability to assist customers effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or a related field
Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection
Certification or willingness to obtain certifications for propane filling and forklift operation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to varying work conditions and tasks
