Qualifications:
This position requires an associate degree or a minimum of three or more years of related experience. Job Responsibilities:
Provide student-centered, excellent customer service, welcoming students, parents, faculty, and staff, and other stakeholders in person and through telephone and email in a high volume and challenging, fast-paced environment. Answers questions in person, on -line, mail or by phone regarding college policies and procedures related to registration and records. Review college transcripts and issue transfer credit to students. Responsible for ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance of student records to facilitate college enrollment. Assists in pre-registering current and incoming students in courses and ensures students confirm schedules. Provides registration and student record assistance in person to current, former, and prospective students or directs them to appropriate departments for assistance. This includes initial enrollment, schedule changes, and withdrawals. Performs graduation reviews to ensure students remain on track for graduation. Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.
