Position Overview Investor Reporting Analysts support the investor relations and finance teams by preparing accurate, timely, and detailed reports for investors. The role blends financial analysis, data management, and reporting in a private capital or alternative investment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute investor reports, including quarterly and annual fund performance reports

Collect, reconcile, and validate data from portfolio companies and internal systems
Assist in preparing investor presentations and ad-hoc reporting requests
Support monitoring of capital calls, distributions, and investment performance
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance
Respond to investor inquiries regarding reporting, metrics, and fund performance
Assist with audit preparation and regulatory reporting requirements
Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in investor reporting, private capital, and alternative investments
Experience with financial reporting, data reconciliation, and Excel-based modeling
High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting/data visualization tools is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and ad-hoc reporting requests
Team-oriented, proactive, and process-focused mindset
