Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the Office of Financial Aid involving but not limited to Federal Pell Grant and Federal TEACH Grant.
Import and export federal grant files to the Department of Education daily.
Serve as the point of contact for Transient Study program, which will require adjusting aid based on final outcome of courses.
Serve as a backup for withdrawal processing, study abroad, and part of term.
Provide financial aid counseling both on the telephone, email and in person. This will include providing information regarding financial aid policies and procedures to prospective students as well as current students, parents and other visitors.
Minimum Experience / Education Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience
Experience in Higher Education, preferably Financial Aid
Knowledge of Financial Aid regulations; knowledge of Federal Pell Grant and Federal TEACH Grants and other reports.
Banner experience.
Microsoft and Google Suite intermediate experience preferred.
Strong Critical Thinking Skills; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to details.
