What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Match the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales

Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

Property and Casualty License required after hire

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the insurance industry
