What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers

Answer questions regarding pest control services and build rapport with potential clients

Close sales via telephone and schedule the initial service

Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service and identify cross‑selling opportunities

Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas

Minimum of 2 years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experienceility to make 200+ phone calls per day

High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Highly proficient math skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Comfortable working in a high‑volume role
