What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding pest control services
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and identify cross-selling opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience; direct sales or phone sales in a call center environment preferred
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed meeting required standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills in various software
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role
