What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer inquiries from prospective customers regarding services
Build rapport and handle objections effectively within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments
Manage customer relationships to ensure high-quality service, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales or phone sales within a call center environment
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed to meet minimum requirements (100 mbps download/50 mbps upload)
Ability to create an appropriate workspace at home, free from distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with high-volume sales environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Completion of a short Culture Index Survey to showcase work style preferences
