What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers

Answer questions regarding services and build rapport with customers while handling objections

Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments

Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service and identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales or phone sales in a call center environment

Verification of internet speed and completion of a Culture Index assessment

Ability to work in a high‑volume role and manage time efficiently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
