Job Responsibilities
Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services offered
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service while identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience; direct sales/phone sales in a call center environment preferred
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed
Ability to create an appropriate workspace in a distraction‑free home office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with gamification methods to measure performance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills in various software and web‑based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high‑volume role
