Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers Answer inquiries regarding pest control services and build rapport with potential clients Close sales and schedule initial pest control services over the phone Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify cross-selling opportunities Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales or phone sales within a call center environment Successful completion of a Culture Index assessment Verification of internet speed as per company requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
