Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers Answer inquiries regarding services and build rapport with potential clients Close sales over the phone and schedule initial pest control services Manage customer relationships to ensure high-quality service and identify upselling opportunities Utilize gamification tools to track and measure individual performance Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment Completion of a Culture Index assessment Verification of internet speed to meet required standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
