What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective clients
Answer inquiries regarding pest control services and build rapport with customers
Close sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments
Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities
Utilize gamification methods to monitor performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed meeting specified requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with various software and web-based applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
