What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers

Answer questions regarding services and build rapport while handling objections during calls

Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services

Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service and identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities

Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas

At least 2 years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience

Ability to make over 200 phone calls per day

High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Highly proficient math skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Comfortable working in a high‑volume sales environment
