What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding pest control services
Build rapport and effectively handle objections within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
Manage customer relationships to ensure optimal service while identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales or phone sales within a call center environment
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Basic computer skills in various software and web‑based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high‑volume sales role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Previous experience in the pest management industry
