Job Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding pest control services
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service while identifying cross-selling and up‑selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed (minimum 100 mbps download/50 mbps upload)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Experience with gamification methods in sales or customer service settings
