What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers

Answer questions from prospective customers regarding pest control services

Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow

Close sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments

Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment

Completion of a Culture Index assessment

Verification of internet speed (minimum of 100 mbps download/50 mbps upload)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Basic computer skills in various software and web‑based applications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Comfortable working in a high‑volume role

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
