What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services and close sales via telephone
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Use gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement
What is Required (Qualifications) High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
2+ years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experienceAbility to make 200+ phone calls per day
High level of PC knowledge for navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Highly proficient math skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
