What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding the employer's services
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule the initial service
Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
Minimum of 2 years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
High level of PC proficiency to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Highly proficient math skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
