
Remote Call Center Representative
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing inbound calls and converting them into valuable leads and towing jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Convert incoming calls into leads and subsequently into towing job bookings.
Working Conditions:
Remote work opportunity.
Shifts are based around a Call Center operating 24/7.
Work in sync with the Pacific Time Zone.
