What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment
2-4 years of experience leading a remote team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a high-volume role
