Responsibilities
Make 150 calls per day while diligently maintaining your CRM system to document all necessary interaction details and monitor the sales process.
Engage directly with off-market sellers to facilitate the contract process by building rapport & leveraging your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure contracts.
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research, contracts, and other business admin paperwork in advance of a real estate transaction.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals.
Diligently maintain your CRM system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible.
Participate actively in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance your sales proficiency and contribute to our culture of excellence.
Track your behaviors and daily activities (KPIs).
Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License.
Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented.
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required.
1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred.
Compensation $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
