What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute performance testing strategies, including Load, Spike, Stress, and Stability Testing
Analyze performance metrics and document findings to communicate issues to development teams
Collaborate with project teams to schedule and coordinate testing programs
Identify and maintain test data requirements in conjunction with other teamsRecommend and implement process improvements for quality assurance programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience as a QA Performance Engineer
Proficiency in command scripting using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad
Experience with monitoring and data analytics tools, including Dynatrace and Google Analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with mobile testing tools and relational database technology
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
Certification as a SAFe Agile practitioner
Experience with API testing and multi-system integrations
