We’re looking for a highly organized, performance-driven
Email & SMS Marketing Manager
to support our lifecycle and retention channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can
write, build, launch, analyze, and optimize —not just manage. You’ll turn customer insights, promotions, and product stories into high-performing retention programs using
Klaviyo, Attentive, and Northbeam . You’ll own strategy, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization across the entire lifecycle. This role sits directly within the growth team and has a direct, measurable impact on revenue. Key Responsibilities
Email & SMS Copywriting Write high-performing campaign and flow copy across email and SMS. Adapt messaging for promotions, education, launches, and retention moments. Maintain Snap’s brand voice across all lifecycle touchpoints. Optimize subject lines, previews, CTAs, and message structure for conversion. Content Planning & Calendars Build and own monthly and quarterly email/SMS calendars. Plan promotions, educational content, and product storytelling. Align messaging with launches, inventory, and paid media moments. Anticipate seasonal and lifecycle opportunities. Campaign Execution Build, QA, and launch campaigns in
Klaviyo
and
Attentive . Coordinate copy, design, and segmentation. Ensure clean rendering, links, personalization, and deliverability. Own final approval before deployment. Design Feedback & Light Editing Make light design edits when needed. Ensure layouts, hierarchy, and CTAs support performance. Maintain visual and brand consistency. Lifecycle & Flow Ownership Build, audit, and optimize automated flows. Improve engagement, conversion, and retention through testing. Own segmentation, timing, and personalization logic. Continuously refine onboarding, replenishment, replenishment reminders, and win-back journeys. Performance & Optimization Track revenue, engagement, and deliverability metrics using
Northbeam
and platform reporting. Analyze campaign and flow performance. Identify opportunities for testing and improvement. Share insights, wins, and action plans with leadership. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all messaging complies with FDA, FTC, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA. QA every send for accuracy, DISCLAIMERS, and brand alignment. Maintain best practices for consent, opt-ins, and data hygiene. Required Qualifications
3+ years managing ecommerce email and SMS programs. Hands-on experience with
Klaviyo and/or Attentive . Experience building and managing content calendars. Proven experience owning lifecycle flows and segmentation. Strong understanding of deliverability and compliance. Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ownership
