About the Opportunity We are seeking Tax Analysts to join a growing corporate tax team. This role is ideal for professionals with corporate income/franchise tax experience who want exposure to multi‑state compliance, consolidated returns, and a wide range of tax projects.

What You’ll Work On Position Summary:
The Tax Analyst supports tax compliance efforts with a focus on federal, state, and city income/franchise tax returns, consolidated book‑tax differences, and various tax projects and audits.
Prepare federal, state, and city income tax returns
Provide support for Federal, State, City, Sales/Use, Excise, or Property tax filings and audits
Perform tax account reconciliations
Respond to tax notices
Support tax research, forecasting, fixed asset accounting, or state apportionment projects as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of corporate tax, public accounting, or related experience
Experience with corporate income/franchise tax
Experience with 1120 returns (1065 experience is beneficial)
Preferred
3+ years of recent corporate tax or public accounting experience
Experience with CorpTax (or similar: GoSystem)
Experience with tax research tools such as RIA, CCH, or Bloomberg
Software Exposure
RIA, CCH, or Bloomberg for tax research
