
The Corporate Tax Analyst supports corporate tax compliance with a focus on preparing federal, state, and city income/franchise tax returns. This role also assists with consolidated book-tax difference calculations and provides broad support across federal, state, city, excise, and property tax areas. Additional tax planning, research, and analysis projects may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare federal, state, and city income/franchise tax returns
Prepare consolidated book-tax difference calculations
Support tax compliance and audits (Federal, State, City, Sales/Use, Excise, Property)
Complete tax account reconciliations and respond to tax notices
Assist with tax research, forecasting, fixed assets, and state apportionment as needed
Qualifications:
1–3 years corporate tax, public accounting, or related experience (3+ preferred)
Experience with corporate tax preparation software
Experience with tax research tools (RIA, CCH, Bloomberg preferred)
Must Have Experience:
Multistate compliance

1120 experience required
(1065 nice to have)
