
A growing construction company in Miami is seeking an HR Specialist to support core human resources operations, with a primary focus on payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration. This role will partner closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes and will evolve as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities
Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage employee onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with management
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
Maintain personnel files, HR records, and compliance documentation
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions
Support managers with day‑to‑day HR needs and administrative tasks
Assist with the development and improvement of HR processes as the company grows
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or HR administration
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments
