Professional Services (Temp/Contract)
division in NYC. This role is built for a true recruiter—someone who thrives on delivering top talent, building lasting relationships, and strengthening sales pipelines with real market intelligence.

What You’ll Do
Full-desk execution:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for temporary, contract, and executive-level roles
Talent delivery:
Source, interview, and place top talent across Accounting, Finance, and Administrative functions
Pipeline support:
Generate market intel and candidate leads to support the Business Development team
Build and maintain strong candidate and internal relationships
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of full-desk staffing experience with proven placements and revenue results
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and candidate management skills
Grit, accountability, and a results-driven mindset
