About the location: Luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, Five‑Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is surrounded by some of America’s most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the secure, efficient operation of all property computer systems, data, and voice communications.

Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of mission‑critical systems including PMS, POS, HSIA, PABX, and Call Accounting.

Administer and maintain server, network, and infrastructure environments, including wired/wireless networks, Active Directory, firewalls, and failover solutions.

Manage system security, user access controls, documentation, and compliance with corporate policies and control requirements.

Monitor system performance; execute OS upgrades; and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster‑prevention procedures.

Provide high‑level technical support to leadership, administrative users, hotel staff, and guests in accordance with service level agreements.

Deliver direct technology support for meeting spaces, function rooms, conference services, and guest technical needs.

Maintain effective end‑user support across all property applications, including front office, back office, sales & catering, HR, spa, and other hospitality systems.

Provide on‑call 24/7 support for critical systems, network operations, and security incidents.

Execute hotel and corporate IT strategies and partner with corporate teams on property‑level initiatives and system implementations.

Lead or participate in new system acquisitions, major projects, and technology rollouts.

Manage and coordinate third‑party vendors, support providers, and IT maintenance contracts, including scope, negotiations, and bidding processes.

Support technology capital and operating budget planning, forecasting, and upgrade roadmaps in partnership with Finance and SDIT.

Promote and ensure compliance with Four Seasons Core Technology Standards and PCI compliance requirements, including audits and ongoing security reviews.

Build strong, professional relationships across departments and Home Office while participating in IT leadership forums and sharing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

College education in Information Technology or equivalent experience required.

At least three years of IT experience in a hotel or resort environment.

Strong networking background; MCSE certification or equivalent knowledge preferred.

Experience supporting complex networks, servers, and enterprise applications.

Strong knowledge of systems security, backups, recovery processes, and incident response.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This includes evenings, weekends and holidays, 24/7 shared coverage.

High attention to detail and strong commitment to customer service.

Strong analytical mind, technical background, MCSE or strong networking skills.

Understanding of Four Seasons IT core standards and key controls preferred.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
