Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Frontlands, Dallas, Texas, United States, 75215

Save Job

Frontlands is revolutionizing how owners of U.S.-based mineral rights access the value of their assets without selling. Just as a home equity loan unlocks the value of a home, we provide property interest owners with liquidity options that allow them to retain full ownership of their rights.

Our mission is to help mineral owners, many of whom face financial challenges, leverage their assets in a way that provides flexibility, financial security, and long‑term benefits, while maintaining control of their valuable property interests.

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is a high-touch, revenue-impacting role that sits at the intersection of sales, underwriting, and customer success. You will own the customer journey from signed application through funding and beyond, driving pipeline velocity, improving close rates, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience.

This is not a passive support role, it is a revenue-generating position with direct impact on funded volume and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Actively manage application pipeline from intake through underwriting and closing to drive timely funding of Mineral Lines of Credit.

Maintain strong follow-up cadence to improve responsiveness and close rates.

Track and report on application-to-close timelines, customer responsiveness, and overall pipeline health.

Maintain high standards for responsiveness, urgency, accuracy, and conversion performance.

Guide applicants through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and steps are completed efficiently and accurately.

Clearly communicate status updates, requirements, and next steps.

Anticipate and proactively resolve bottlenecks that could delay closing.

Loan Document Review & Closing

Review loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Coordinate internally to resolve documentation issues quickly.

Lead and facilitate closing sessions, ensuring customers fully understand loan structure, draw mechanics, interest, and repayment terms.

Address final questions or concerns to ensure confident and successful closings.

Ongoing Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact from application through funding and ongoing relationship management.

Support existing customers, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for additional draws, renewals, or expanded product use.

Track customer feedback and identify process improvements to enhance the overall experience.

Customer Communication & Education

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers.

Educate customers on Frontlands’ Mineral Line of Credit using familiar HELOC-style concepts to ensure clarity and best‑fit product positioning.

Deliver a high‑touch experience that reinforces Frontlands’ brand and reputation.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

4+ years of experience in sales, account management, lending, or customer-facing financial services roles with direct impact on close rates.

Strong understanding of lending processes and documentation requirements.

Proven ability to manage pipeline, drive urgency, and improve conversion metrics.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable managing multiple active files and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Preferred experience in HELOCs, consumer lending, mortgage, or specialty finance products.

Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.

Significant opportunity for professional growth within a rapidly scaling fintech company.
