Mickey Keenan, P.A. , our New Client Intake Specialist is often the first human connection someone has after an accident or injury. That moment matters. We’re looking for a warm, confident, service-driven professional who can build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and guide potential clients to the next step with clarity and care.
What you’ll do
Answer inbound calls, texts, chats, and web leads with urgency, professionalism, and empathy
Conduct intake conversations: gather facts, identify case potential, and document details accurately
Build rapport quickly and confidently guide callers toward signing with our firm
Follow up with leads and missed calls (speed matters) to maximize conversion
Maintain clean, complete notes in our case management/CRM systems
Coordinate scheduling and ensure seamless handoff to the legal team
Contribute to team goals, daily tracking, and continuous improvement
What success looks like
Calls are answered promptly and handled with confidence and compassion
Leads are contacted quickly and consistently (including follow-up sequences)
High-quality intakes: accurate info, strong summaries, clean data entry
Steady improvement in key metrics (conversion rate, speed-to-lead, show rate)
You’re someone teammates trust—reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented
Requirements What we’re looking for
1–3+ years of inside sales, intake, call center, customer service, or hospitality experience
Strong phone presence: friendly, calm under pressure, and persuasive without being pushy
Ability to ask structured questions while still sounding human and caring
Organized and detail-oriented—documentation and follow-through are your superpowers
Comfortable working toward goals and tracking performance metrics
Tech-comfortable (CRMs/case management tools, Teams/Outlook, texting platforms)
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a personal injury law firm, medical office, or insurance environment
Spanish/English bilingual skills
Familiarity with lead intake, qualification, and appointment setting
