JOB SUMMARY We are searching for a highly creative and dynamic Social Media Community Engagement Manager to elevate our brand's presence across various social platforms including Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads. This role involves engaging with our online community to foster positive conversations, managing brand sentiment, and leveraging insights from social analytics to drive strategic content decisions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate expertise in SOC monitoring, and possess a deep understanding of community engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive engagement and positive brand sentiment across key social channels (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage communications during crises to protect the brand reputation.
Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and report key themes and competitive trends to senior leadership.
Analyze high-performing content and platform trends to optimize future engagements and content strategy.
Act as a first point of contact for consumer support, escalating queries as necessary and contributing to product insights.
Must Have Skills
Proven expertise with social media platforms and community management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in social VOC analysis.
Excellent written communication and content creation across diverse brands.
Industry Experience Required
Experience in Consumer Group Corporate Communications or similar domain is preferred, with a strong background in leveraging social media for brand engagement.
