High School Diploma or GED 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment 2-4 years of experience leading a remote team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a high-volume role How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the pest management industry Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Familiarity with performance metrics and call center operations Ability to motivate and engage a remote workforce Experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
