Maintain a thorough knowledge of all company and departmental policies to assist employees with inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment
2-4 years of experience leading a remote team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in high-volume roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the pest management industry
Familiarity with various software and web-based applications
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
