What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to assist employees with inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-4 years of supervisory/management experience in a sales call center environment

2-4 years of experience leading a remote team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a high-volume role

Experience in the pest management industry
