What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to assist customers during their purchasing journey
Help customers complete purchases and offer post-order support
Engage in conversations to identify customer needs and persuade them to purchase additional products and services
Track and document customer interactions and retrieve information in databases
Maintain knowledge of client products and deliver expert customer experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience, including upselling or telemarketing
Strong focus on building customer relationships and effective communication skills
A high school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
