The SEO Optimizer will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate measurable growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical SEO knowledge, and experience with content optimization for our optometry office.
The job is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Optimize website content, metadata, headers, internal linking, and structure
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, schema markup, etc.)
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions and provide monthly performance reports
- Stay current on algorithm updates and industry trends
