
Our client within the Financial Services Industry is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join their team:
Responsibilities
Partner with HR team members to support projects across multiple functional areas, including talent processes, employee experience, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and operational improvements. Help plan, coordinate, and execute project activities by building timelines, tracking milestones, managing action items, and ensuring follow-through. Serve as a central point of coordination for project documentation, materials, and communications. Qualifications
3–5 years of Human Resources experience, with exposure to HR operations and generalist responsibilities. Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally within an HR environment within financial services. Working knowledge of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and recordkeeping.
