Human Resources Specilist / Generalist.

Overview This role offers hands‑on experience across the full HR lifecycle, including:
Recruiting and hiring support
Onboarding and offboarding
Benefits administration support
Compliance and HR operations
Performance management and evaluations
Employee relations support
HR reporting and systems administration
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting activities including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication
Manage onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and systems access
Assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation processes
Coordinate offboarding and exit interviews
Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and compliance documentation
Support performance review cycles and HR reporting
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and staff appreciation events
Provide general HR support while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment
Ideal Background
Approximately
2 years of HR experience
preferred
Experience in
professional services environments
strongly valued (e.g., legal, accounting, architecture, consulting, or similar)
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Service-oriented, collaborative, and low‑ego approach to work
Interest in learning broadly across HR rather than fast‑tracking into management
Work Environment & Expectations
In‑office presence required in Downtown LA
