is looking to add an experienced
Superintendent
to their team. The company specializes in
grocery, retail, restaurant, and commercial construction projects , delivering high-quality builds for both regional and national clients.
This is a great opportunity for a Superintendent who is confident running fast-paced commercial projects and enjoys being hands-on in the field while leading crews and subcontractors.
The Role The Superintendent will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project close-out
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
Drive and maintain construction schedules
Coordinate inspections and ensure work meets plans and specifications
Enforce job site safety and OSHA compliance
Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with Project Managers and clients
Proactively identify and solve field-related challenges

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Superintendent on
commercial construction projects
Experience in
retail, grocery, restaurant, or similar fast-track environments
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Solid leadership and communication skills
OSHA certification preferred
Stable work history with successfully completed projects
