What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment
2-4 years of experience leading a remote team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills in various software applications
