What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies, practices, and services to assist employees with inquiries

Conduct regular team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices

Provide coaching and call monitoring to ensure compliance with sales techniques

Collaborate with other supervisors to promote teamwork and reliability within the department

Manage human resource objectives including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisals

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment

2-4 years of experience leading a remote team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a high-volume role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications

Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

Familiarity with process improvement initiatives
